Yeah, that was a bit upsetting.  :nopuede

I was thinking of getting back to watching this show after being put off by stupid people constantly doing stupid things over and over again.

I guess I'll wait and see... um... read about it.

This is the kind of show that makes you question continued watching at times, but then pulls you back in. I think that happened last night.

Overall I like the direction the show has taken this year.... but I think that they have made the zombies too much of a non-threat.  It seems that the zombies are now more of an annoyance than a threat.

I've seen it mentioned that the majority of zombies are "old" at this point. They've gone a long time without feeding and they've sustained damage. The more time passes, the more that's going to be the case, so the bigger threat becomes survivors. Plus everyone has become more experienced at dealing with them.

Fair points and I agree... but then the plot lines need to stay consistent with that premise going forward.

If that is the case (and not having read the comics), leads me to wonder what direction future seasons will take after the current "Alexandria era"

It will be interesting to see how many more years they try to carry on for.

Well, I've avoided all spoilers as far as the comics are concerned, I just know that they're still being written and are past the current storyline with no end in sight. I kind of wish that they would try to get to more urban areas again so there would be a more scientific angle to everything.
