Yes, 9mm. Built on a cmmg dedicated lower. My only planned change is to add a JP captured buffer spring.

No longer in NY, you should be using one of these. http://www.quartercircle10.com/product/colt-9mm-lower-receiver-2/

That is a better looking receiver for sure. When I bought mine that wasn't known as qc10, it was another company and was very difficult to find in stock. Shortly after I bought mine it was bought out by qc10.

I'm tempted to buy their lower in 10mm and buy a piston upper for it.

Someday maybe...

So today I had a disaster in cooking some meat.  It turned out quite blend ... A tone of spices, water and salt and wallah, I created a Mediterranean meal.  My family loved it.  But The only thing Mediterranean was that i called it that to disguise the awkward appereance.  Lmao

I would have thought its been years since someone actually addressed your meat, let alone praised it .

So today I had an appointment to see a builder to design a new bathroom for our bedroom. The space is probably a 9x10 space... 100 square feet the most.  A stand up shower, a vanity and a toilette were the bare minimum we needed.  So I got there, the fellow is a really nice guy and very friendly.  He had a show room and he showed us some of the showers they can build, Then he showed us his design for our space.  It was very simple.  He only tiled the shower and behind the toilette and it was not that impressive.  But the space is relatively small and my wife explained to him in his visit to our Rancho that we were in a very limited budget.  So I figured he was being conservative with his design.  So we talk and joke for like an hour.  Then he starts going through his proposed itemized list of things that would go into getting it done.  It was a long list, half way into it my mind was already wandering ... Then gets to the last page and right at the bottom is the final price.  I had to blink a couple of times.  $70,000.  No, no, it is not a typo.  70k, 70 large ones.   Again toilette, standup shower and a vanity.  I said  "ok.  Obviously my wife and I need to discuss this.  " My wife asked him, " so how quickly do you need to hear from us?  " The guy replied, "we can hold on to that offer for up to a year."  I wanted to say something, but I knew anything coming out my mouth would had been of poor taste.  So I shook the man's hand and my wife did all good-bye'ing.

I am home and I keep looking at the space.  Knowing a bit of construction and electrical work myself, I still cannot get over, the undeniable fact, that just happened.
