Tower Shoot

Worked a tower shoot with Scout this morning at spring farms in sag harbor. She had a blast and worked her ass off!!

Tower shoots are fun. But in reality, it's just shooting skeet/trap with live birds.

Yeh I'm not a fan of them but it was a great opportunity to work my dog. I didnt shoot, she just retrieved and found birds. But as far as she knows she was out hunting all day so thats all that matters.

My golden loves to dive into the water to retrieve tennis balls.  I know it is not the same, but it is amazing how much willing he is to do this on command.  He is not an energetic dog, but comes alive the moment he sees water ...
